We transformed an existing single-story shell building into an appealing retail space for Nordstrom Rack. Our scope included creating a captivating retail sales floor, personnel offices, and stock storage areas. The project involved installing new finishes, partitions, casework, and associated systems (electrical, plumbing, and mechanical). Despite no changes to the building footprint, we maximized the available space while adhering to architectural and structural considerations. Our attention to detail and commitment to quality resulted in a visually engaging and functional retail environment.
