Builders United proudly completed the interior tenant improvement and exterior patio construction project for Stoney’s North Forty, the newest country bar sensation at Santa Fe Station. Our scope of work included temporary wall construction with insulation, demolition, concrete work, millwork installation, waterproofing, fire safety measures, glass/glazing, drywall installation, painting, fire sprinkler and alarm systems installation, MEP installations, low voltage and AV systems setup, fencing, raised floors, bar structure construction, lighting installation, and flooring installation. The result is a 13,000 square-foot country bar featuring a spacious interior with ample room for line dancing and live performances, VIP booths, a mechanical bull, and an outdoor pergola with a central fireplace and beer pong area.
