Obstacles and Challenges:
This retail outlet was constructed in an existing fully operational strip mall in Las Vegas. Builders United was tasked with utilizing the existing utility services to accommodate the new tenant improvement.
Solutions and Results:
Builders United worked night and early morning split shift hours to maximize our efficiency during low traffic hours.
We worked on a Design/ Assist approach with the landlord, architect, and tenant in order to fully maximize the available utilities of the building while keeping cost down for the tenant and impact down for the landlord and neighboring businesses.
