Builders United is serving as the General Contractor for the new Hollywood Area Command Substation, a 23,879-square-foot public safety facility located on approximately six acres in East Las Vegas. The project includes full site development, secure access points, dedicated parking, emergency vehicle circulation, perimeter security, and water-efficient landscaping.
The facility will support daily law enforcement operations with administrative offices, briefing and training rooms, evidence processing areas, secure holding spaces, and operational support functions. Builders United is coordinating closely with Clark County, LVMPD, and the design team to deliver a secure, durable, and highly functional facility built to serve the community for decades.
