Builders United assisted the comprehensive renovation at Nellis Air Force Base Staff Admin Building for our Military’s Top Brass, delivering a full spectrum of facility renovations and upgrades. Our scope in this mission critical admin building and support facility was designed to meet stringent energy efficiency requirements, and rehabilitating the aging structure through targeted repair and replacement of infrastructure and equipment. We managed complex installations that integrated advanced utilities and systems into the existing skeleton structure, enhancing functionality, and modernizing the MEP networks. Our crews also performed routine maintenance—including landscaping, pavement preservation, and building envelope upkeep—to extend the service life of the building, while selectively demolishing obsolete interior structures to clear the way for the new layout. This multifaceted effort underscores Builders United’s ability to balance new finishes, renovation, installation, maintenance, and demolition to upgrade this vital military installation safely and sustainably.
