Builders United served as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the City of Henderson’s Emergency Services Facility (ESF) HVAC Modernization project, delivering a complex renovation within an active 3-story public safety facility. The project involved the complete replacement of HVAC systems, along with interior renovations including selective demolition, ceiling and drywall upgrades, electrical and low-voltage improvements, fire-life-safety enhancements, and code compliance updates. Through carefully phased construction, Builders United successfully modernized the facility while maintaining uninterrupted operations, enhancing building performance, and long-term reliability for emergency services personnel.
