Builders United served as the General Contractor for the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) Historic Westside Education & Training Center (WETC) — a transformative project expanding educational and workforce opportunities in one of Las Vegas’s most historic neighborhoods. The new 16,590 SF facility, with over 102,800 SF of site improvements, supports training in healthcare, advanced manufacturing, information technology, and apprenticeship trades. The center includes classrooms, computer labs, a healthcare simulation lab, conference rooms, and offices, all built for efficiency, functionality, and long-term community impact. Builders United collaborated closely with the College of Southern Nevada, the City of Las Vegas, and Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects to deliver a modern, high-performance educational hub that empowers residents through hands-on learning and career development.
