Builders United served as the General Contractor for the FMS1 project at the Floyd
Edsall Training Center, delivering a strategic building addition and interior renovation
to enhance functionality and capacity. The project included new locker rooms,
restrooms, offices, classrooms, and support spaces, along with selective demolition
and reconfiguration of the existing facility. Scope also included structural expansion,
site improvements, and full MEP and life safety upgrades, which modernized the
training center to support long-term operations.
