Builders United served as the General Contractor for the recently completed University Medical Center multi-floor interior refresh at 1800 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV, within the active UMC campus. The project included upgrades within the Main 7-Story Tower and a single-level southeast campus building, totaling approximately 12,362 SF across the 6-North (6,270 SF) and 1-South (6,092 SF) floors. The scope of work included new casework, flooring, ceilings, surface finishes, plumbing fixtures, and associated sanitary, domestic water, and hydronic piping systems, all delivered with a strong focus on safety, quality, and minimal disruption to ongoing hospital operations.
