Builders United completed a high-end interior renovation at the Westin Las Vegas, focused on the 1st and 2nd floor restrooms, spa, and meeting spaces (including conference rooms and ballrooms). The project scope included the full demolition and reconstruction of four restrooms (two men’s and two women’s), along with comprehensive upgrades throughout the renovated areas. The transformation features new luxury hotel-grade carpeting, fully refinished walls and ceilings, upgraded plumbing systems in the restrooms, and the installation of dramatic custom chandeliers valued at $50,000 each, elevating the overall guest experience. Through expert coordination and exceptional craftsmanship, Builders United delivered a refined, modern environment aligned with Westin’s luxury hospitality standards.
